- Influencing styles & getting the best from others
- Taking control of your time
- 4 dimensional leading - decision making, problem solving, motivating, feedback
- Personalised focused action plan

Cost £1,250.00 per workshop (up to 10 people)
£75.00 per additional person (maximum 15 people per workshop)
Up to £1,000 Funding Grant Available
To be eligible for this funding, you must meet the following criteria:
- Employ between 5-249 employees (can be
part time but not self employed)
- Not previously received Leadership &
Management funding
The funding grant is for the Owner, CEO or Senior Manager of the business and nominated members of the team to attend the 'Coaching Yourself Successfully' workshop. You will receive £1,000 via the funding
grant but are required to make a £500 contribution from the business.
How do you access the funding grant?

Complete the necessary referral forms to the funders to
secure the money

We will agree with you how the training will be delivered
and discuss any specific requirements you have

You will be required to pay the full amount of £1,500 to CK Academy upon receipt of funding approval

Once the training has started you will notify the funders
and they will reimburse you with £1,000
