What does the programme offer?
6 x Weekly Seminars on a variety of subjects designed to have you feeling full of energy and experiencing some great results from week one.
6 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions with fully qualified experienced Personal Trainers.
Your own personal Fitbug (the first interactive pedometer, designed to measure activity levels, check diet and act as your online health club at home).
Support and guidance by your Lifebug Co-ordinator throughout the 6 week programme
Dedicated easy to follow diet to have you losing weight and feeling fit enjoyably.
Stress management advice and tools to use both now and long term
Sleep diary and analysis
Personal measurements, evaluations and ongoing advice, building your own portfolio for you to take home and use.
